Apex Web Solutions ("we", "us", "our") builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

Contact info you give us — name, business name, email, phone, project details — when you fill out a form or hire us.
Client portal data — messages, documents, and payment records associated with your account.
Payment info is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic usage data — pages visited, browser type — collected only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, build your site, and provide ongoing support.
To send account-related emails (invoices, receipts, document signing requests, service updates).
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails to a purchased list.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the business:

Stripe — payment processing.
Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
Email delivery provider — sending account and notification emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Data retention

We keep your account data as long as you're a client, plus up to 3 years after your last activity for accounting and tax records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@apexwebsolutions.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
